Manage or cancel your subscription
Your Driv subscription is billed and managed by Google Play, not by us. That means you change or cancel it in your Google Play account.
Open Driv in Google Play subscriptions
Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You have to cancel it in Google Play.
Cancel in the app
- Open Driv and go to Settings.
- Tap Manage subscription. This opens your subscription in Google Play.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
Cancel in Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app, signed in with the Google account you subscribed with.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Driv.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
You can also go straight to it from any browser: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that you won't be charged again.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged, and access ends when the trial ends.
- Your training data stays on your phone. You can subscribe again at any time from the app.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Google, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play. If you have a problem with a charge, contact us and we'll help where we can.

Changing your payment method
Payment methods are also managed in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods.
